I ordered software from Digital River.I was able to download it, but it does not work.
I could not download it again after the first time. Customer service is awful; you can only communicate by email. There are grammar mistakes in their responses back, and no solution has been given. I have asked for a refund, but they keep sending me back and forth between emails, each insisting that the other must approve a refund.
I still do not have software that works.
I do not believe this is a legitimate company.I have had to change my credit card number.
