I was charged for DIGITAL RIVER Trend Micro $76.27, through an automatic renewal supposedly, which I never signed up for.I never sign up for automatic renewal payments for anything!
I haven't used their Trend Micro for a least 1 1/2 yrs. when my original computer quit working. I've tried getting in touch using their website form but have never received any response. Sent my e-mail address for my "forgot password" and never received a response.
Most likely because I don't have one. Will never even consider using this company for anything, ever.
THEY SUCK and Customer service is non-existent as far as I'm concerned.RIPPED ME OFF.
