We ordered a product from Digital River in November 2017 that costs 218.35 and it did not do what we thought it did so we returned the item within their 30-day return policy.After waiting for 2 months and a repeating email from them that gave no help at all, it was evident they did not intend to ever refund our money, even though we had proof that they had received the item back.

Fortunately we had bought the item using our PayPal Credit, so I contacted PayPal & gave the problem to them. PayPal gave Digital River 10 days to rebut our complaint and return, which they did not. So PayPal refunded our money back to us.

We plan to NEVER purchase anything from Digital River again.Al and Trish S
